So I went and did my ultrasound and Kadence is WAY head down, with a foot down there too. No wonder I'm so uncomfortable. Her hands were waving all over, but once again, they were by her head! This girl is just going to sleep with her hands covering her face! Anyways, I love getting ultrasounds to see the babies inside the womb and to what body parts are where! At the end I asked the tech if she could tell me the estimated weight and it was just barely over 4 pounds! I couldn't believe it, I really thought that Kadence would weigh pretty close to Aubrey, but she may come out bigger! I didn't have this ultrasound done with Aubrey so I can't compare their weights, but the tech also showed me due date based on the measurements- 3/12. I still think kadence will be coming early just like Aubrey did, and I hope so just so I don't have to pop out an 8 pounder!
On Sunday, I was just sitting on the couch and Kadence was moving all over the place! She literally looked like she was trying to break out of the right side of my belly. Austin described it best as my belly looking like the waves of the ocean. This continued most of the day so I didn't know if she was trying to switch positions in there or what!
I love you Kadence and I'm so excited to have you here, but just not for a few more weeks. I want you to stay in there to finish growing into a healthy baby, but I'm soooo ready to have my own body back again! My body just aches all the time, especially at night time. I'm done switching sides and moving the body pillow each time and I hate having to get up 3 or 4 times to go to the bathroom. Almost there, almost done! Then I'll just be getting up multiple times for feedings rather than my own bathroom visits!
