This week has been uncomfortable! I feel so much pressure that I tell Austin it feels like I'm bruised or broken down there! haha I asked the Dr about it and he says it's normal and my body just doesn't have the same muscles it had with the last pregnancy for the support I need. My hips just ache when I switch sides in the night and I'm soooo tired of getting up 3 or 4 times a night to go to the bathroom! This pregnancy just isn't as easy as the last one!
I somehow got sick this week too with a possible sinus infection. I asked McKernan for relief and he prescribed me a Z pack and gave me a list of over the counter medicines that were safe to take during pregnancy. I was so glad to have both. Being sick and pregnant is no fun at all, especially when you are too scared to take anything not knowing if it's safe.
McKernan also gave me an order to get an ultrasound done for fetal size and weight so I'm excited to get that done to see how much she may weigh!
On a fun note, I had a craving this week that I just couldn't shake! I was looking all over the pantry and fridge multiple times to see if I could find a substitute, but there wasn't! So, I put my shoes on and grabbed the keys and went to the store- for chewy chocolate chip cookies! Nothing like a soft cookie! Austin thought it was cute and funny!
