39 1/2 Weeks

I've started to become more tired mid-day, really wanting to take a nap. I've noticed that her movements have become less frequent since she's running out of room. I've also read that a few days before delivery, the baby will move less and save their energy for the big day. Guess we'll see...

On Friday I got my glider and ottoman delivered, so Austin put it together that night and I got to glide in Aubrey's room! I love it! Finally complete. Also, Friday when I was at work I started to get hungry but I was helping customers. I started getting really hot and my hands got shaky. I knew I had to eat, so I went to the break room to make my sandwich and I was on fire! I was starting to break out in a sweat. I got my sandwich and went back to where the fan was and I was sweating. It took me and few bites and a few minutes in front of the fan to cool off, but that was the hottest hot flash I had ever experienced! I needed a shower after that!

Saturday was my last day of work, perfect timing. It was around 1
that I went to the restroom and just really stared at the toilet for a minute or so. What I saw was perhaps my mucous plug. I wasn't 100% sure, but that's what I had in my mind. An hour and a half later I went to the restroom again and there was some pink again. All afternoon I waited and was ready for something to start happening, and nothing did! I am glad though that my body is really starting to move in the labor direction on it's own rather than being forced into 100% on Tuesday.

I woke up Sunday morning and found some more pink when I went to the bathroom. Even a little more later on and I knew that I had definitely lost the plug which makes me hope that I've dilated more.

The last few nights I haven't felt any contractions or any braxton hicks contractions either. It's almost like the calm before the storm...

Its crazy to know that there's just Monday left and Austin and I will finally meet Aubrey. I'm anxiously awaiting the call from the hospital to find out when we will get called in to start the induction.
