We survived a 7 1/2 hour car ride from Utah back home Saturday night. The most exciting part was that I didn't get swollen ankles!!!
Tuesday we had our Dr. appt and my Glucose test. It tasted like I chugged a can of Fanta orange soda. We got there 30 minutes early since we didn't know how long it would take from our new house. We ended up waiting 45 minutes and the Dr. was still behind, so we saw a nurse. Her name was Kristy and she worked in the office a few days a week and 2 days in Labor and Delivery at the hospital. She was really nice and easy to talk to. So far in 29 weeks I've gained 18 pounds- not too bad. The nurse measured my uterus and we listened to Aubrey's heartbeat. She said every was looking and sounding good. We have our 3D ultrasound scheduled during our next appt at the end of the month. I can't wait!!!
Since I had the Glucose test, Aubrey was crazy that day! She was moving all over the place and Austin and I were feeling her entire body move inside me. It's such a unique sensation when her whole body moves and not just kicking.
I can't believe that I'm at 29 weeks already- time just flies by. There's almost single digit weeks left until we all see her beautiful face!!! I'm excited to get everything ready in her room and see the end result with her in her crib.
